Susan’s affection for her subject matter reflects a lifetime of paying attention to the wild elements of the Green Mountain state. She creates a wide range of original paintings in oil and watercolor of birds, plants, and landscapes of Vermont’s natural world. The work ranges from paintings with genuine gold leaf to large oils of the Mount Mansfield ridge line to delicate watercolors of trilliums.
