Community Pottery Studio and Shop

Blockhouse is a community pottery studio and shop located in the Mad River Valley. We offer classes, workshops, & private lessons in both wheel throwing and hand-building for all ages as well as studio memberships to experienced ceramicists. Our gallery has pottery made by our members and instructors for sale as well as other handmade and artisan items including paintings, textiles, candles, baskets, jewelry and more.

Blockhouse was born out of a collective desire in the Mad River Valley for a place to gather, create pottery and build community. All are welcome!
