A panel discussion with members of the Guild of Vermont Furnituremakers will be presented from 4:30 to 5:30 on Friday, Aug. 6, with Gallery Walk starting at 5:30. The discussion will include the history and standards of workmanship within the Vermont community and will be presented in conjunction with annual month-long exhibit of exquisitely hand-crafted furniture by members of the Guild. A variety of furniture forms including desks, chairs, lamps, tables, mirrors, folding screens, game tables, hutches, sofa tables, chests and beds have been featured in past years and are expected for this exhibition, as well. Visitors are encouraged to take time to vote for their favorite piece of furniture. One lucky voter's name will be drawn at the end of the exhibit and will win a hand-made mirror.

Hours: 10-6 Monday-Thursday and Saturday. 10-8 Friday.
Admission: Free.
