Support Membership

Join the Vermont Crafts Council!
Support Crafts Advocacy Efforts like the Vermont Crafts Guide and The Open Studio Weekend, May 29 - 30, 1999.

We need your support! Our eight year old organization provides a network of information about the Vermont Crafts community to the public and to the members of the crafts community.

Most of our services to the public are free, including the Open Studio Weekend during which over 100 artisans open their studios to the public for the sale and demonstration of their work.

We are an enthusiastic, resourceful group of volunteers with one staff member, working out of a tiny office in Montpelier, Vermont. Every year we raise money through our projects and a few fund raisers but it continues to be a struggle. If you have enjoyed our projects and services or wish to see the Vermont crafts community prosper, we encourage you to support us with your membership.

Vermont Artisans should consider Professional Membership instead.

Help us continue to provide these services, and receive your Vermont Crafts Council publications hot off the press, by joining today.

Just $20 Brings You These Support Membership Benefits

  • The Vermont Crafts Guide and the Vermont Craft Studio Tours Map will be automatically mailed to you.
  • You will receive an invitation to join members of the Vermont crafts community at our annual dinner, party and auction in November.
  • Two Quilt Raffle tickets in your name will be entered in our handmade Vermont quilt raffle.
  • You will receive two free Vermont crafts fair admission tickets (while supplies last).

Who Should Join as a Support Member?

  • Those Vermont artists or craftspeople who wish to support the Vermont Crafts Council but do not wish to become a Professional Member at this time.
  • Anyone from outside Vermont.
  • Crafts collectors, gallery owners, those seeking crafts education information, and anyone wishing to receive the Council's publications automatically.
