Carving and Sculpture by Rick Schneider

Rick Schneider makes one-of-a-kind and limited edition sculptures, ornamental carvings, sculptural furniture pieces, and graceful curving staircases. Recent work unites the human form and floral sculptures. Rick is currently creating tiles and framed relief carvings of flowers and figures in cold cast bronze and in clear resin with reflective backs. Cast in clear, the carvings' contours are highlighted by reflected light and look like frosted glass. They are brighter and livelier than cast glass because of recycled mirrors within their backs.. Moving in front of the sculptures brings to life different curves as the art dances brightly with light. Many colors are available in the clear cast carvings.
