Julie Y Baker Albright Julie is a 6th generation Vermonter who started in the arts as a potter. She held resident potter positions at two of Vermont's finest Arts & Crafts Centers. She left clay for watercolor & has worked exclusively in oil since 1999. Her award winning paintings have been exhibited across the country.
