Jean Carlson Masseau Jean's recent work focuses on themes inspired by Vermont's landscape and people, whether watercolor paintings or photography. She has been an illustrator for a variety of clients nationwide including several horticultural magazines. She graduated from Rhode Island School of Design in Illustration with an emphasis on printmaking, photography and textiles. She recently taught a C.E. workshop at RISD in Botanical Illustration. Her work has been recognized by Print Magazine in their Regional Design Annuals and the N.Y. Society of Illustrators. Her photographs have won awards in a New England exhibition and from Popular Photography Magazine.
