Anne Cady Paintings
Anne Cady's expressive oil paintings depict the farms, fields, forests, hills and mountains of the Vermont countryside and that of the Dordogne region of France. Her work is playful and bold, full of vibrant color and spirit. It is held in collections throughout the U.S. and in Canada and Europe. Before embracing a career as a full time painter Anne was an art educator who founded and directed "The Children's Art School."
Vermont has been Anne's home for most of her adult life. She is a graduate of Middlebury College, the mother of four children and the proud grandmother of three. Her home and studio are located on a small horse farm in New Haven, Vermont where she lives with her husband and youngest son, Rider, two labs, and five horses.
