State of Craft Update
Meg Ostrum, Anne Majusiak and Martha Fitch will present a comprehensive picture of activity to date on the Vermont Crafts Council's State of Craft project, which documents the history of the studio craft movement in Vermont from 1965 to the present through oral history, exhibition and publication. Partners in this project include the Bennington Museum and the Vermont Folklife Center. Hear about progress with oral histories, funding and learn about the initial plans for the exhibit at the Bennington Museum. Find out how you can become involved in this multi-year project.
