This was a "sketch" for a commission. It is made of vacuformed plastic over carved foam which is then painted. Note Vermont is about ready to be swallowed up by some blue corporate entity.
I love Open Studio because you get to see the context within which an artist works. This is part of Phil's organized chaos of ideas and books.
